Humanitarian Response Index (HRI)

The Humanitarian Response Index (HRI) has been developed to present an assessment of donor performance in relation to the Principles of Good Humanitarian Donorship (GHD). The HRI is an initiative of Development Assistance Research Associates (DARA), an independent and non-profit organisation that works towards improving the effectiveness of aid responses through research and evaluation.
