The Practicalities of Rights-Based Development, Australian Council for Overseas Aid (ACFOA), June 2001. This training series includes three sessions and is focused on defining and 'operationalizing' a rights-based approach to development. The training includes discussions of state sovereignty and human rights and approaches to evaluation and provides a useful Human Rights Checklist for Project Design and Implementation.
