Field Guidelines, United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).

Version 1.05 June 2002.

The OCHA Field Guidelines includes a human rights section, which includes the reports of the UN Secretary-General on the Protection of Civilians in Conflict, human rights for relief workers, the Inter-Agency Expert Consultation on Protected Areas Review of the Literature, policy statements on sexual abuse and exploitation and gender, engagement with non-state actors, etc.
